The idea came to Eoin early in 2021. Over a pint with some good friends was where he first thought the idea of doing pizza was something he might just be able to make work. Having worked with a Pizzaiolo in The Netherlands, who himself trained in Florence Italy, Eoin made contact with him and a period of training followed. The crispy fresh base along with high quality toppings was something Eoin loved and wanted to bring it back to Ireland and share it with the masses. Starting out with a Pizza trailer, the business has grown from strength to strength and has now progressed into opening a restaurant in Listowel, County Kerry. Eoin is very proud of what he has achieved so far but never settles and is always striving to make Dough Mamma just that little bit better each day. Every day is a school day and no day is ever the same and this is what keeps him motivated and committed to the business. Most of all though, it is the craic had with customers and forging relationships with the people if Listowel that drives him the most so come on in and enjoy a pizza in what is a fun and relaxed environment at Dough Mamma!
